Chez Bison is a fine dining experience with a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Located at Zion Mountain Ranch on the east end of Zion National Park, guests enjoy watching the herd of buffalo that roam a large preserve just outside the window, or relaxing on the rooftop deck under the stars.
Executive Chef, Shon Foster, creates unforgettable mouthwatering dishes that are the perfect compliment to a day of adventure in Zion.
Chez Bison uses organic farm-fresh produce grown right here on the ranch. In-season dishes often include vegetables guests pick from the gardens themselves. We also have a fantastic collection of fine wine and champagne.
